Cancellation & Refund Policy
Deposits & Payments: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. This deposit is not a security deposit and will be applied toward your total rental cost. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is paid, and availability is subject to change until payment is received.
Cancellations & Credits: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event date: The deposit remains non-refundable, but any additional amount paid can be refunded or converted into credit for a future event. This credit is non-transferable and must be used by the original customer (valid for 12 months from original event date).
Cancellations made within 7 days but at least 48 hours before the event date: The deposit remains non-refundable, and any additional payments made will be held as credit for future use (valid for 12 months from original event date).
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date: No refunds or credits will be issued for any amount paid, including the deposit and full balance. At this stage, inventory has been reserved, delivery scheduling is finalized, and we have incurred costs that cannot be recovered.
Final Policy Enforcement: Elite Party Rentals LV reserves the right to enforce this cancellation policy strictly to ensure fair business practices and proper resource allocation. All decisions regarding cancellations and credits are final.
